These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the M & M website, your membership with our organisation, and any donations made to M & M, ASBL/VZW. These Terms are written in English. In the event of a conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Membership
Conditions: Membership of M & M is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in our internal regulations and who complete the membership registration process. Membership is subject to approval by the board of directors. By submitting a membership application, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your details up to date.
Membership Fees: Membership fees are determined annually by the general assembly and are communicated to members in advance. Fees are non-refundable unless a membership is terminated due to an error on our part. Payment of membership fees may be made via the methods indicated during the registration process.
Rights: Members in good standing are entitled to participate in M & M activities and programs, attend and vote at general assemblies (where applicable under our statutes), receive communications from the organisation, and benefit from any advantages offered to members.
Obligations: Members agree to abide by M & M's statutes, internal regulations, and codes of conduct. Members are expected to behave respectfully towards other members, volunteers, staff, and the public. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or violent behaviour will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of membership.
Termination: Membership may be terminated by the member at any time by providing written notice. M & M reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership where a member has breached these Terms, the statutes, or internal regulations. In such cases, the member will be given an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made.
Donations
Terms for Donations: Donations to M & M are voluntary and are made to support our mission and activities. By making a donation, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate and complete.
No Refunds (Except Error): As a non-profit organisation, donations made to M & M are generally non-refundable. We will only consider a refund where a clear, demonstrable error has occurred, for example, a duplicate transaction or an amount charged in error. If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us at organibe@gmail.com within thirty (30) calendar days of the transaction, providing full details of the error. We will investigate promptly and respond within fifteen (15) business days.
Tax Information under Belgian Law: Under Belgian tax legislation (Article 145 of the Income Tax Code 1992 / Wetboek van de Inkomstenbelastingen 1992), donations made to qualifying non-profit organisations may entitle the donor to a tax reduction. To benefit from this reduction, donations must be made via bank transfer or other traceable payment method, and the organisation must issue a tax certificate (attestation). M & M will issue tax certificates for eligible donations in accordance with the requirements of the Belgian tax authorities. Please consult your tax advisor for specific guidance applicable to your personal situation.
Use of Funds: Donations will be used to further the objectives of M & M as set out in our statutes. We are committed to the responsible and transparent stewardship of all funds received.
Limitation of Liability
M & M provides its website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content, products, or services offered through our website.
